How we use it
- To respond to your request, give you quotes, compare plans and help you apply or enroll.
- To service your policy, renewals and claims questions, and to remind you about enrollment periods.
- To call or text you if you asked us to or gave consent, and to honor your opt-outs.
- To meet legal, licensing and carrier requirements, keep records and prevent fraud.
- To improve our websites and services.
How we share it
- Insurance companies, government marketplaces (such as HealthCare.gov) and enrollment platforms, to quote, apply, enroll and service your coverage.
- Service providers who help us operate, such as our customer-relationship software, phone and text carriers, email and hosting providers, under contracts that limit their use of your information.
- Licensed agents who work with our agency, to help you.
- When the law requires, or to protect rights, safety and against fraud, and to a successor if our agency is sold or merged.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with other companies for their own marketing. We do not use health information for marketing unrelated to the coverage you asked about.
Text messages and calls
If you check a box agreeing to calls or texts, we may contact you at the number you gave, including with automated technology, about the insurance you asked about. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to stop texts and HELP for help; message and data rates may apply. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except the providers that deliver our messages. See Text message terms.
Financial privacy (GLBA) notice
As an insurance agency we are a financial institution under the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act. We collect nonpublic personal information from your applications and from the insurance companies we work with on your behalf. We disclose it only as permitted by law, such as to process and service your coverage, to our service providers and as required by law. We do not share it with nonaffiliated third parties for their marketing, so there is nothing you need to opt out of. We restrict access to employees and agents who need it and maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards.
Health information
Health-related answers you give us are used only to find and enroll you in coverage and to service it. When we act for a health plan or marketplace, we follow the privacy and security rules they and federal law require, including Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services rules for marketplace and Medicare enrollment.
Cookies and tracking
We use our own first-party measurement to understand which pages are useful. We do not use advertising pixels from social networks on this site and do not allow third parties to track you across sites from it. We honor Global Privacy Control signals by not linking your visit to an identifier.
How long we keep it
We keep information as long as needed for the purposes above and as insurance, tax and agency record-keeping laws require (including Medicare and carrier record requirements), and we keep consent records for at least five years. Shopping requests that never become a policy are deleted or de-identified when no longer needed.
Security
We protect information with access controls, encryption in transit and audit logs. No security measure can eliminate every risk. If a breach affects your information we will notify you as Florida law and other applicable laws require.
Your choices and rights
You may ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, give you a copy, correct it or delete it (subject to records we must keep by law), and stop calls, texts or emails at any time. Residents of California and other states with privacy laws (including Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Maryland, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Oregon, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, Utah and Virginia) have these rights to the extent their laws apply to us; much of the information an insurance agency holds is governed by the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act and state insurance privacy laws instead. We will not discriminate against you for using these rights.
To make a request: email [email protected] or call 877-458-7525. We will verify your identity by matching information we already have, and respond within 45 days (we may extend once by 45 days and will tell you why). You may use an authorized agent. If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying with the subject "Privacy appeal"; we will answer within 60 days, and you may contact your state Attorney General if you disagree.
California. In the past 12 months we collected the categories in the table above, for the purposes and with the recipients listed here, and we did not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not disclose personal information to third parties for their direct marketing (Shine the Light).
Do not call
To stop our calls, tell the agent or call us. We keep an internal do-not-call list and honor the National Do Not Call Registry for telemarketing calls you have not consented to.

Our websites are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13 online; information about children is collected only from a parent or guardian applying for family coverage.
